Outside the UK, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Pre-orders are expected to dispatch in the last week of October 2026, possibly sooner.
Returns at a glance
- Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items should be unworn (apart from trying on), unwashed and unaltered.
- UK: use our prepaid label (£4.95, deducted from your refund) UK exchanges are free.
- Outside the UK: return at your own cost for a refund, sent duties paid.
- Refunds go to your original payment method, or as store credit if you’d prefer.
